Can I try JVMind for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you upload GC logs and thread dumps, view statistics and charts, and make a limited number of built-in AI analysis calls per month — no credit card required.
What happens if I exceed my AI call limit?
Monthly AI call limits apply to JVMind's built-in model. Pro and Team users can switch to a custom OpenAI-compatible model with their own API key (BYOK); custom-model requests do not consume JVMind's built-in AI call quota.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. From the in-app Billing panel you can upgrade or change your plan. Changes take effect immediately; you'll be credited for the unused portion of your current period.
How does Team billing work?
Team plans are billed per seat per month. The 300 built-in AI calls and file-upload quotas are shared across all members of the team — a single pool that everyone draws from. When you add members, seats are added and billed at the next renewal. Removing a member frees the seat for the next period.
